she made the switch!

so, jen is a proud owner of an ibook. she totally geeked out about it today and spent lots of time with it. she's glad i think.. a pc user for years, then the ipod got her hooked to the brand.
she's editing her flickr account with it now.

jen's stuff

so, tonight we went and saw million dollar baaby because jen had free passes to go see a movie, we heard this one was good and we decided - hey - it's saturday night, what a better way to spend it than watch a movie in a packed theater with a kid behind us asking every couple minutes "huh?" "ghost?" . damn kids. mom, i think you're great for putting up with 5 of us.

anyhow.

so we came home after walking home from downtown chicago because no bus passed us - a 30 minute walk? but we had a martini at the matchbox and it was good. oh, jen just reminded me about the drinks we had at blackie's - a refreshingly inexpensive place which is in downtown chicago, just east of michigan ave at st claire and grand ave.

so, here's what we found out once we got home (this is referring to jen, not me):
